I went there around 4:45 p.m. right at dinner time when items should be ready but still had to wait approximately 15 minutes for my food. They looked like they were staffed well and I even saw someone sitting down behind the counter. I was in the Drive-Thru but could see through the window. This is not the Hamburger Heaven I remember.
This was not a frozen preformed Burger. They will cook your Burger to your preferred temperature, and it was done just perfect. The size of the Jumbo Burger was a half pound, and it was very filling. The Onion Rings were excellent and the Chocolate Shake was just right on the Chocolate. Great place to stop and get a good Burger.
The food is always great, it's a bit pricey, and the service in the Irondale store is iffy. Some days it's good, some days they are very rude. Just like everywhere else these days.
