Order the sunriser. Had to wait an excessively long time after I paid. When food was delivered to my car eggs were burnt and rubbery and sausage was burnt and the bread was dry. Every time I try to give this place one more chance it disappoints.

Got the 5 for $5 deal. The 2 cheese sliders I got were soggy & not warm. The hotdog bun was stale. Cheap & fast.
Parking: Decent sized parking lot but the pavement really needs a refresh. Cracked up & broken all over the place.

Only 2 people working in store, and one of them was a trainee. The main dude was awesome he let us in and waited on us, served us while also running the drive thru, his trainee was bagging and doing everything he could to help. They were AWESOME!!!!
The person taking our order seemed could not understand, wanted to add cheese when I clearly did not ask for cheese. I asked for unswert tea three times and was given sweet tea. I didn't bother to wait for what I had asked for. I also did not ask for a combo but he didn't seem to know how to order just burgers and fries, he insisted I had to have a combo if I wanted fries which was extra annoying since I didn't get the unsweetened tea I asked for to complete the combo I also didn't ask for. Finally the Krystals were hastily made with the meat only half on the bun and some had a lot of onions and others had almost none. We will not be likely to go back to this location, it was too much. We ordered inside rather than the drive through in an attempt to get the order right. It's fast food but still one can expect to get what is ordered without the hassle.
If you're a krystal's fan and or breakfast person. This is the best krystals to come to in Jefferson county AL. Hands down. Always good fresh hot food, courtesy staff members, they take pride in making their food here and it's always good and is the only one I eat at in Birmingham Alabama Jefferson county on top of that you can get breakfast or lunch items in the morning

Just went through the drive thru the first time passed all the employees were sitting in the lobby second time they were in place So they took my order then said what else I said thats it he said ok can you repeat your order this happen third time I said never mind and pulled off they standing in the drive thru laughing. Sad as

The guy working the drive-thru who brought our food out was fantastic! Super friendly, kind, and customer service oriented. I wish I got his name because he deserves to be recognized. That, plus the food, made it a great experience. Thank you, that's hard to come by these days!

I think carribean or somewhere foreign but we could barely understand the gentleman in the drive thru so after minutes of us both calling out wrong orders back n forth to each we just drove on the window, very nice and calm respectful gentleman , even gave us a senior’s discount after all that trouble he went through with us n got our food fast. We sure did miss y’all burgers.
