Fantastic coffee and fantastic food. The staff is all lovely and the atmosphere is great. Seriously, come here if you want good coffee! My only complaint is the distribution of tasks behind the scenes. For whatever reason the manager or owner, the gentleman with the gray goatee, is taking orders often. I'll be honest, this guy does not have customer service skills, and if you aren't generous in your interpretation of his communication skills he seems a bit rude. No smiling, no customer service platitudes, cuts you off mid sentence because he is only going to communicate in the order of the POS system, and he also hardly makes any eye contact with the guest. The bones of this business are too good to be squandered by having somebody without customer service skills be the person directly interacting with the customers. I'm saying this as genuinely as I can with no ill will towards this man I'm sure he's great at a lot and I applaud him for running the business as well as he seemingly is but as a manager or as an owner you need to understand where your strengths are. I'm putting all five stars because I'm rooting for y'all, and I hope this feedback is helpful.

Great coffee great staff

Such great people. I started looking for a local coffee roasting company for better coffee. Came across Red Bike Coffee and I am so happy I did! Meet the owner and he gave me a bag of coffee to try out that says a lot right there. Took home and I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY! This coffee is real deal. Give them a try!

Everything about this coffee shop is fantastic!! They are not only amazing with their knowledge and expertise with all things coffee (and food!!) but Jon, Danny, Leah, and the rest of the crew are such wonderful people, they make you feel at home right away! I love Red Bike Coffee!

This is the absolute best coffee roaster around. The owner is genuinely passionate about what you get and knows their stuff. I would highly recommend anything that gets roasted here, you won’t be disappointed!

I have not been to the coffee shop, but Red Bike Coffee is my absolute favorite. I discovered it because another local fave - Beehive Bakery - delivered a bag to my door. Since that time, I’ve either picked up bags at the Piggly Wiggly or had the coffee shipped to my home. I’ve taken the coffee on trips when we travel with others and when I brew it, everyone talks about how wonderful it smells. And when they taste it, they absolutely love it. Highly recommend this coffee and love that it’s is so easy to find around Birmingham.

Red Bike consistently produces the best medium roast coffees in the Alabama market. Their Fast Blend espresso is our go to when clients are looking for a traditional espresso. Jon and his team are first class!

I use Red Bike Coffee to keep my office supplied with freshly roasted beans. I love the delivery service they provide for my volume orders. The dark roast, Mt. Brook blend is the office favorite. Prices are very completive, in many cases almost half the cost of other local roasters.

Really tremendous coffee from a small local business. Everyone there is so nice especially Jon Robles who is a master at getting the roast perfect. I love the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe it's my favorite but they have how many coffees that are just wonderful highly recommended please check them out if you haven't already
