They charged me for a chicken enchilada burrito and gave me a bean burrito. And the girl who took the order was very rude. She was a short African American lady. She wouldn’t say things in response to me. We had to pull up to the window cause she didn’t say anything after we ordered. She act like she’s racist. She got my order wrong. She charged me for something they didn’t give me. Order number 213. We got 4 bean burritos when it was supposed to be 3 bean burritos and one chicken enchilada.

So i came in the drive thru right before 10 pm and i ordered a 12 taco pack and a grilled cheese, steak quesadilla and nacho fries. The lady on the speaker gave me an attitude about my orders, even talking under her breath. Once i pulled to the window, there’s this short black lady, and she seemingly was say things, nothing of what i could understand. Also, giving me attitude when she spoke to me. I thought this taco bell was good but it’s gone down in service 👎🏼 cause the only decent part was the food.

I haven’t been to Taco Bell in a while because of the horrible experience that I had so tonight 11/18/25 I decided to visit again and I must say the sweetest person answered the speaker she greeted me I wasn’t ready to order so I asked if she would give me a minute to see what I wanted and she stated order when your ready so when I was ready I said im ready she didn’t rush me being that I had not been there in a while she suggested items to me told me what was in them she explained every thing absolutely to the t as if she been there for years so after we got my order she proceeded to say would you like any sauce and if you would like to round up for the school program I stated yes so as I got around to the window she greeted me again and repeated the order told me my total and took my card she gave me my card back with my receipt (which ion get them much because people don’t give receipts no more) when my food was ready she opened the window and ask how many sauce I would like to have and I said 8 she put them in the bag and said stay warm and have a blessed night and before I pulled off I asked my I have your name and she replied yes sir my name is ASHLEY did I do something wrong I can fix it for you I said no you didn’t I just wanted your name she said ok but still looking confused but I wanted her name to make this review because when I say THIS WAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT TACO BELL IN A WHILE I MEAN ITS BEEN A WHILE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AT 100% SHE SUGGESTS SALES AND SHE KNOWS HER JOB DOWN PAT SHE GREETS,THANKS,AND WELCOMES YOU TO COME BACK AND THAT ALONE MADE ME HAPPY GRANTS MILL YALL ARE AT THE TOP OF MY LIST FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I MEAN SHE DIDNT SKIP A BEAT AND YOU DONT GET THAT OFTEN SO I WAS HAPPY TO BE A CUSTOMER TONIGHT I WAS GLAD I DECIDED TO COME BACK AND GIVE YOU ALL ANOTHER CHANCE AND SHE MADE MY EXPERIENCE THE BOMB I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GRANTS MILL TACO BELL THEY HAVE THE SWEETEST EMPLOYEE THERE….everything was great it was fast and friendly thanks

3 tacos that had mostly lettuce, had beef painted on with a brush maybe. Not worth 10 dollars plus, should be ashamed to serve that.

Before today, I would come here about once a week. But after the visit today and the one last week, rest assured I won't be back. There is another taco bell not much further away that has never screwed up my order.
Let's start with last week when I tried to check in via the drive thru and was told that I had to order inside. Ok, fine. I go inside, where there is a line and a very disinterested counter person that I basically had to flag down to place my order even through the person in line had just finished ordering when I stepped forward to the counter. I was then told that I couldn't check in on the app for rewards or points and I would have to just scan my receipt. Ok, fine, I guess I won't be using my reward points today . After waiting for 12 minutes for my food and trying to get my drink and sauces ready for when the food eventually was ready and discovered that they were out of: mild sauce, fire sauce, Baja blast, and Baja zero. That's all I tried for. So I took my food and left. Just before I left the manager came out of her office and said she needed to step outside. Which is where I saw here laughing and joking it up with a friend while her very unmotivated employees where running over 10 minute ticket times inside.
Figuring it was a fluke, I went back today anxious to try the new franks diablo chicken burrito.
Drive thru was functioning this time, albeit, with only one other car in front of me, it took over 10 minutes to get through.
Despite asking me what sauces I would like, none were in the bag. I was not given a receipt. The new burrito I was wanting to try so much came with the avocado ranch ( which I both do not like and cannot eat) on it instead of the franks diablo and also has the tiniest portion of chicken (2 very small pieces) I have ever seen . Call me crazy but my $5+ burrito should have more chicken than my under $3 chicken enchilada burrito does right?
I gave the burrito to one of my employees who said it tasted good but also complained about the lack of chicken in the chicken burrito. The other half of my order was surprisingly ok. So at least it wasn't a total loss.
While I know this is not always indicative of what kind of service or products I have come to expect from the bell, it is the last time I will be visiting this location for quite a while.

Hidden gem lol. Yes, this is our favorite Taco Bell. Never a wait, always clean. Foods ready fast and i would say almost made to order as there is no one there. Gas station its attached to is Great also. They do a breakfast bar and meat+3 bar for lunch.

Just left being at the hospital with an ill relative and hungry. Stopped at Taco Bell (Grants Mill, Irondale, AL). Immediately at the drive thru I was told to wait. Then 7 minutes, I’m still waiting and 2 cars pulled off. I said “Hello” on the speaker and the guy asked to wait. 15 minutes later the guy behind me circled around the building and said he could see the people inside laughing and talking. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! This needs to be addressed. 6 cars left the drive thru. I’m sure a manager was on duty. If people are going to stand around, this location should be closed.

Stopped by to get something before work. Employees were gathered at the drive thru window talking. One employee was outside at the window. He saw me at the register and made a noticeable sighing noise. Sounded like i was disturbing him. Then he slowly made his way in to take my order. I managed Taco Bell for years and I know this is not acceptable.

I came up here fairly recently and I had a somewhat big order. They did my order quick and politely but they left out some of the items I ordered, causing me to return after I drove home.
The store was clean except for the drink area but other than that it was pretty nice spot for some tacos
