This is the first time to enter a Waffle House where they did not say, “Good Morning! Welcome to Waffle House.” We sat at a table that wasn’t bussed. A waitress walked by after 5 minutes but she did not look out way or speak. We walked out. Another first.

This has always been one of my favorite locations until tonight when I found a plastic cleaning bristle in my hash browns. Not even sure how that could happen. No more 24 hour dining, inflated to-go prices, and declining quality. Waffle House is going downhill fast.

I regularly come to this Waffle House at least 3 times a week yesterday April 11 I was accompanied by a few of my friends. We proceed to go to my regular Waffle House because I love that the cook knows my order and exactly how I like it cooked. This particular day we had a male server one I have seen a few times but never been served by him personally. As the man walked to our table we were beginning to smell an intense odor coming from the servers body. He proceeds to take the order with an attitude as if he didn’t want to do anywork. I observed that his skin seemed to have dirt on it as well as underneath his fingernails. I didn’t want to be rude and say anything to him personally I would much rather talk to a member of management over this establishment about my entire service on this day. We allow him to take our order he proceeds to tell the gentleman on the grill our order and as I’ve been here plenty of times I over hear him calling out our order incorrectly so when he finished I nicely asked him to step over to double check if our order was correct. When he proceeded to repeat the order to me it sounded correct but I knew something would be off. We wait about 45 minutes which was unexplainable because the store at the time was not busy and our food was ready and sitting. I see our server just playing on his phone taking pictures and different things. I asked him if we could get our food he proceeds to huff and puff while getting our food. We finally receive the order and the food by the time we got it was completely cold but my main problem was the lingering Oder that was left around our table on our plates and anytime the man walked spend. There should not be any person working around food with a body odor. I would greatly appreciate if a member of management would reach out to me about this experience. I think the servers name was Samuel he was a heavy set white man

The young lady Sarah was very rude the guy Sam was just watching the cook do everything the cook got everything just right but Sarah looked very intoxicated i really think the cook needs a new staff Sarah and Sam are very lazy and rude
