Like many of the reviews before, you have to set your expectations to Wal-Mart expectations. It's not going to be as nice as Publix or Whole Foods, BUT you can get your daily, non-perishable staples here. I typically only go to grab things like paper towels, tp, paper plates, etc. But I also prepare myself mentally for the struggle of being able to get in, get the stuff, and get checked out. I know not to expect much from customer service when I go, and I know to plan enough time ahead to have to go on treasure hunts for certain items if I need them. This location I would say is better than most in the area. Much better imo than the one off Lakeshore. I would say, my preferred location would be the one in Pelham, but is way out of the way to get to. Since I work in Pelham, sometimes I'll drop by that one when I get off work. It actually is pretty nice for a Wal-Mart. But again, based on "Wal-Mart" expectations...

Why did I bother coming into this store. The employees are worthless. I should have taken the extra time and gone to Target where customer service is still a thing.

This whole store is gross, over croweded and under staffed or so it looks. The staff that is working are doing no more then being rude and telling you that they can't help with what your needing. The attitudes of theses workers is completely appalling and untolirleble!

Walmart is always amazing to me. So many hints and such low prices. How can this be possible. And then you realize it's because of poor customer service and the ability to only open 20% of the registers. But like I said so cheap. Walmart is perfect to get a lot of those kitchen staples like garbage bags, winded etc that always appear to be empty whenever you need them the most. Also beer is cheaper st walmart if your the type that likes to stock up I recommend. If you need anything else you will find it at walmart.

This Walmart is the same as far as interacting with the employees, but the only difference is that the store is well organize and they have nicer tiles on the floor. We came in looking for a Super Seal A/C Stop Leak Kit and this shouldn't surprise me that no one wasn't working in the Auto department. We manage to track down an employee that couldn't find the item that we needed. He then track down a manager from a different department, but I got a negative vibe from the manager and his body language was telling me that he could care less about helping us out. He could've save himself the embarrassment and just took the time to look harder because I ended up finding the item myself after he walk away. Weather they work in the area or not, I believe the managers should familiarize themselves with every department in the store.

honestly, I feel like the complaints and reviews of this Walmart could be said of just about any Walmart. This is just run-of-the-mill. Kind of clean ans kinda dirty. Don't expect much, it's Walmart
No stars is not an option here. But that would be my review. My husband and I standing at jewelry, upon arrival and a PO comes up and starts asking cute questions.. He proceeded to take off my husbands watch, then go through my purse. Stating a concerned citizen said He was stealing a watch And me well I am stuffing in my purse.. Of course none of this was the case.. but to top all off.. citizen eco drive watches aren't sold there... worst Walmart of the lot of em

Listen. So, if you ever call this Wal-Mart and ask to speak to someone in pickup area, be ready for your call to be sent to the BLACK HOLE! The phone rung I know like a gazillion times. I had one question to ask concerning my order and receiving an answer would have prevented me from having to drive to the store. So, I decided to call the Wal-Mart on Lakeshore and found out that the pickup area phone at Lakeshore, is routed to the same BLACKHOLE as the Pickup area phone at Montclair. smh. In my car now, headed to the store. REALLY????

This Walmart is big on business, but lack basic infrastructure, and team building. The way Management treat their employees, and most customers is unacceptable, in a sense of looking down at them. We shop here almost everyday, but have slowed up do to this reason, and plan to stop altogether. Lastly, I don't believe Management know, no customers, mean no business.

I stood in line for 20 mins. Only 4 lanes open at 6 pm. Cashiers don't speak. They are unprofessional management and all.

I'm not a fan of Walmart at all but this location is within walking distance of my house so every blue moon you'll catch me there. Only in absolute desperation will I visit this location. I never really feel safe, it's always dirty and the employees act as if doing their job is the biggest inconvenience for them. They're often out of stock of the things I need whether it's in the middle of the day or the middle of the night. The employees aren't very friendly and rarely ever greet you with a smile let alone an audible greeting. The last time I visited this location was yesterday to pick up some pictures I had pre-ordered. I waited for over fifteen minutes at the Photo Center for an employee to come but no one ever did. I understand it's the holidays which are a busy time of year but ordering these pictures ahead of time was supposed to be a convenience for me but instead turned into an inconvenience. This location really needs an overhaul.
