I stop at this location at 8400 Couny Farm Road, Irvington, AL to fill up. I used the bathroom and it was very clean. The store looked very clean. I then went to get food from Bojangles and they were the best store that I have seen in a while. I travel the US and stop at Love's all over. However, this location was veay clean. They were decorated for the holiday season. The cashier Elias was so sweet and professional. She had the biggest and prettiest smile. Great customer service. The manager April Jones was running the back line with efficiency and speed. The entire team on this day 12/7/24 @ 1:23pm were working All-Stars. The dinning room looked great. I looked over the counter into thr kitchen area and it was organized and clean. This store was on its job and it showed. Kudos to this entire team!
Like it better when they are standalone and not attached to gas stations but still stop by for Bojangles here just about whenever I pass by!

We love Bojangles, however the last two times we are either missing a side or chicken. Not sure how it keeps happening but when you are spending as much as we do now when you eat out it is not good to not have exceptional service and food. Update, we went to Bojangles for the last time this past weekend, my once again they left off food on our order, and then to top it off, my wife may have gotten food poisoning. Not worth the risk anymore.

Saw a lady in the back, scratching her head with her bare hands, then touched the food without washing her hands or putting on gloves.
The chicken was cooked hard and looked rancid; meaning after biting it, it was dark and nasty inside.
