Stopped in for the first time this afternoon. The lady that took my order was very helpful and kind. I don't remember her name, I believe it started with an L. She was so nice and helped me decide. The staff in the back were very nice as well. I enjoyed the food too! I was going to complete the survey but I didn't have a code. 😕

Drive thru attendant very polite & cheerful even though it was early morning rush. It’s extremely difficult to find pleasant, helpful people in this industry anymore but stood out!
Wow!!! This has got to be 1 of the best bojangles I've ever been to! I ordered to go in the morning to eat later on. My order was correct, the food was excellent (even reheated in the microwave later on), customer service was top notch. I went in the morning time. You can definitely tell that they put care & attention into your order! Also, the chicken was also not greasy at all (they shook/drained the oil off properly after pulling from the fryer apparently! I hardly ever review anywhere either but felt i needed to because it shocked me how good this place is. The only thing I noticed that could have been better is the dining area tables & floors needed a mild cleaning.
