Lighthouse Restaurant

The catfish is heavenly. I've eaten it 3 times in a week. Going back for lunch catfish tomorrow. The shrimp, crab claws and fried crawfish tails are amazing. My husband had a steak and said it was cooked to perfection. The staff is really good and super nice. I had one bad experience with with 1 waitress and so we don't sit in her section. I love this place

I didn't take any pics but the food was good except for the stuffed crab. All you could taste was the stuffing and there wasn't any crab meat in it.Also my husband received a tiny one and I got a medium size. I know they are not all going to be the same size but they should not accepted it with their delivery. It was so little.

Nice lil home town restaurant. Food battered well, cooked well. Just not seasoned well. Service was nearly non existent.

Loved this little gem of a restaurant not far from Bellingrath. Locally run small restaurant that may seem to be in the middle of no where but it’s definitely worth the stop. From seafood to steaks with quite a bit in between, there is a lot to choose from. The salads are decently priced but come with half a head of iceberg with oversized and limited other veggies but it is a lot and the chicken on it was wonderful. Fried mushrooms are the standard pre-frozen breaded kind. The burger was good and most items seam reasonably priced. It was a packed house full of locals. Having come from another state, if we come back to that area, we will come back there. A very casual dine. Advertisements on tables and metal pull out chairs sort of place. Support local when you can!
