Lighthouse Restaurant

Had a solid dinner there would have given a five but the crab claws are a little bit overrated with a lot of breading and not as much crab. On the other hand the fried shrimp was terrific. Very large shrimp and some of the tastiest I've ever had anywhere. Service was also very good

This place is a landmark it's off the beaten path but you have to go with the fast food. The prices are more than reasonable

We had reservations for a month and received a call from lighthouse restaurant the night before to confirm the reservation And we had to wait 35 minutes for a table. They blamed it on the chef. But we should have had a table when we got there. A party of nine!!
The girls said she could seat us in separate areas and the women who booked the reservation said No, that’s why we made reservations. Poor reservation. Blame is on the restaurant!!

The crab claws!!! Best I've ever had. Grab the shrimp po boy with the Cajun cream sauce on top, thank me later.

We did not have a long wait for a Friday. Very attentive server. Wide variety menu. Great sweet tea. Loved the coleslaw. Fresh shrimp.

Extremely welcoming and a true southern gem. A local for locals. I kind of hope it stays that way for our next visit. Food was great and the atmosphere is genuine, can't be replicated. Southern hospitality at its best!

We've eaten a lot of seafood across the country and this place is second to none, epecially the crab claws. Fried or grilled, they are absolutely amazing!
The restaurant is off the beaten path, kind of out in the country. It's clean and the service is excellent. The Lighthouse is worth your time - you will not be disappointed! 😊

The catfish is heavenly. I've eaten it 3 times in a week. Going back for lunch catfish tomorrow. The shrimp, crab claws and fried crawfish tails are amazing. My husband had a steak and said it was cooked to perfection. The staff is really good and super nice. I had one bad experience with with 1 waitress and so we don't sit in her section. I love this place

I didn't take any pics but the food was good except for the stuffed crab. All you could taste was the stuffing and there wasn't any crab meat in it.Also my husband received a tiny one and I got a medium size. I know they are not all going to be the same size but they should not accepted it with their delivery. It was so little.
