Went to order lunch and got home to eat and this is what I find. Mcdouble so crooked all the cheese stuck to wrapper. NO ONION AND 1 LOUSY PICKLE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. CALLED STORE 10 TIMES AND GOT NO ANSWER. NOT TO MENTION THE MEAT WAS COLD AND EVEN OUR McCHICKENS WERE ALL OUT OF WACK.

EXTREMELY rude and hostile staff. All 3 of them, for absolutely no reason. They were rude to two other guests in the drive thru as I was ordering and they pulled off without completing an order. The order taker was rude, the manager was rude, and the front desk cashier was extremely rude and hostile yelling through the window because I asked for sweet and sour sauce. I will be a filing a grievance with the BBB & McDonald’s corporate. I hope the owner of this location can find competent, less hostile, less rude staff. This is unacceptable.

Went through and grabbed a value meal which is supposed to include a small drink. Was informed they were out of small cups and would I like a medium or large. I said sure. When I got to the window, they charged for the upside, when it is their own fault they do not have the small cups to serve! Poor, poor customer service!
Update! 12/13/25....Went thru drive thru today to grab 2 of the $6 McDouble meals. They come with a small drink. When we got the receipt, we noticed they had did a $.10 upcharge for medium drinks without asking us if we wanted them. No telling how many times people get upcharged without asking! Also, as we were leaving, we noticed they forgot straws and the girl walked away from the windows and left it open. The manager was standing literally 8 feet from the window and completely ignored me when I tried to get her attention! After we left, we noticed they did not put the strawberry and cream pies in our bag that we ordered. Had to turn around and go back once again! This place is terrible! Will not go back!

I ordered 4 snack wraps only gave me 2 and ordered my little nephew a happy meal and extra apples did not even put the first bag of apples it
I've never had a good experience here. I swear every single time I have gone here, they have messed up my order. So I quit going. I refuse to buy anything from this McDonald's. Doesn't matter if I only order a fish sandwich, they mess it up. The staff is rude and disrespectful. I'm not hard to plz either and I understand that things go wrong and dealing with the public can be difficult, but this place is ridiculous.

Specifically speaking about the lunch time drive-thru workers, they are friendly and professional and I really appreciate that. However, the food isn't great. The fries have always tasted like they're almost stale and the burgers are lacking.

Hot garbage this morning. Ordered drive through and when they told me to pull around I knew it was going south. Screwed up two vehicles ahead’s order which had to be fixed then gave the next guy my food. Just had to get my money back and leave.

Literally one of the worst McDonalds. Extremely slow and disorganized. They were only taking orders on one side of the drive thru at first. When I got the the 2nd window finally to collect mt order, they didn't even know what my order was.
