Drive thru for breakfast. Unfortunately, I didn't turn around to have our food fixed because we were headed out of town. Ordered 3 Egg McMuffins and not one of them was edible! The ham was a tiny, shriveled up, hard as a rock, overcooked and/or old piece of yuck! Like, literally so dry and hard it resembled beef jerky. Thought it was just one sandwich, but my mom and wife had the same on their sandwiches as well. My mom looked at her egg, and it was also super dry and had a weird grey/green color to it. The other 2 eggs were ok, just cold and kinda hard. The English muffins weren't warm or toasted at all! Basically, it looked like this McDonald's took old McMuffins insidesfrom the previous day, slapped them on a cold, untoasted muffin and sold them to us. All 3 went into the trash. We had to stop elsewhere for breakfast. I won't *EVER* take another chance on this particular McDonald's!

Waited 30 mins the manger told the other workers to work back wards to make me wait on my food bc I was told to come inside with a mobile order bc the new worker couldn't figure out how to do there job possibly the worst customer service I've had in years many other people waited so long they were late to events and had the same thing done to them will be going to courage

Nothing has changed there way worse than before. How can this be possible everyone of the kids in here have no clue what there doing. 4 cars in a row they got everyone of the orders wrong. They keep giving people cold fires. There's dead bugs on the tables. I have 📸 of the bugs. I understand things get hard sometimes but yall arr poisoning people with your all beef patties that's made with soybeans. You Named the company all beef to get away with fooling people into believing yall care about people. It's sad that everyone cares more about money than actually giving people healthy foods. Poisoning frys poison oil yall use. It's sad yall should do better

Frappés are good. I have 2 expresso shots added. It cost me $1.30 at home. While on vacation, I have paid more than that everywhere, and one place wanted $5 for two shots! Nope, I wouldn't do that.

This is the worse mc Donald s, either you're order is wrong or not fit to eat,the only reason we've tried them more than once is it's close an there's not much else, a few times lunch was ok but don't even try breakfast
