I have tried this location 3 times since they opened. Today will be my last. Spent $56.00 for food that was awful. Ordered two big bakers- the potatoes were old and hard and not warm. No butter , the meat was hard and burned . I ordered a key lime pie- I immediately opened it in the car and it was extremely soft and wet. The pound of Meat was okay. The only good thing about this visit was the 2 strikes your out policy I have and today was the third strike, I’m out!
Yall very badly need a New Manager at the Jasper location, it's downright pathetic. I stood patiently in line for 22 minutes alone , one of 2 people in the whole dining area while one girl in the back rushed around making food and 4 others stood in the back talking. This same girl was not only making the plates and sandwiches but also coming around the counter and bagging them for the drive through. she hollered 3 times for some help and that there was someone at the register...read full review
You used to be a good food establishment, but your drive thru and kitchen staff could care less about “service” or quality food.
