I have ate at this Guthrie's for as long as it's been in this location, but I want be back again after this ridiculous menu change, I may want 2 sandwiches but now I got to buy 2 fries and 2 drinks to get them..no thank you Guthrie's, pretty ridiculous change imo

Bought my family dinner tonight. The chicken fingers were alot darker than usual and smelled strange. Tasted like burnt oil. I don't think they've changed the oil in a while. Definitely has been better in the past. New management must be cutting corners.

Kind of a simple place. Clean. No extravagant decor. Which fits since they serve chicken fingers. The chicken fingers were cooked to perfection. Again nothing extravagant but just simple chicken fingers cooked perfectly. The flavors comes from the dipping sauces. So if this is what you are looking for, then Guthrie's is the perfect place.

I am traveling for work. I swung by the drive-thru to grab some quick lunch on the go. I ordered chicken fingers and slaw. After I already left, I drove to another location and parked, to just eat real quick and be on my way. I noticed I didn’t have any eating utensil or sauce. So I went all the way back and told them I needed a fork and a sauce because it was left out. The young lady told me she could give me the fork but not the sauce. She said I’d have to pay for the sauce. I told her every single time I’ve ever ordered chicken fingers it comes with sauce. She just proceeded to tell me she couldn’t give me a sauce. I’ve never had that happen before. Every time I order chicken fingers it ALWAYS comes with a sauce. And even if it didn’t, they should’ve given it to me for having to drive all the way back there. I asked for her name- She said it was Trista.-One thing I am big on is excellent customer service. One of my biggest pet peeves is poor customer service!
