Hi. I’m usually a big fan of your food, but I wanted to reach out regarding a pickup order I purchased last night.
Unfortunately, the macaroni and cheese had a very strong, soapy chemical taste to it. It was actually inedible. I eat this dish often, so I'm worried a pan might not have been rinsed properly or something was off with a specific ingredient in this batch.
You don’t have messaging capabilities or I would have reached out without the public review.
First time going and was very very disappointed will never go back. I had the pork Nachos Horrible is was cover with so much Barbecue sauce and sour cream you couldn’t see the meat there were more chips and then there was barely and meat.my husband got the brisket and there was more fat then meat and the Mac and cheese was so mushy you couldn’t even eat it. It was nasty brought it home to the dogs, but he wouldn’t even eat it.
