Food is mostly great, it is fast food style but not very fast. The prices are higher than the average meal for the amount you get. Plenty of seating for all levels of comfort. I had a bad experience about a couple of weeks ago. The manger, Melissa, immediately contacted me to see what she could do to resolve the issue with my meal. Of course at that time, I wasn’t too happy about the situation at the time. My first thought was just don’t go back. The Captain D's in Jasper is fantastic. The restaurant is always clean and the workers do a great job. Even though this is a seafood place and I'm a vegetarian, I was able to order a great meal that catered to my dietary needs. Everything tasted great and portions were plenty fair. Our family loves eating here and we'll keep coming back.Vegetarian options: They have several veggies offered and they're fantastic. I particularly like the baked potato, mac 'n cheese, slaw, and okra.
