“Just a Delightful Restaurant This restaurant is a classic southern small town good eats type of place. The food is just about for everyone, fried food, healthier options, and good dessert. I go to this restaurant probably at least 3 times a week, and it's always a good pleasurable experience. We actually have a new activity my family enjoys now, and it's going to eat at Victoria's. [Food pros]: This food style is buffet one meat and 3 vegetables type of lay out. Great fried fish, Great vegetable beef soup, and fantastic sides. The best is the squash casserole. You will get your vegetable craving handled. [Overall pros]: The owner is really lively and active. He posts videos of the food on Facebook almost everyday and it's gives that hometown vibe that everybody in a small town enjoys. The inside is decorated with a 70s vibe which is totally a vibe it adds to the atmosphere. [Con]: A con is the steps directly outside the diner door you leave out of is a bit of a drop even for me. I actually dropped my tea one time and cut my finger the first time I was there because of it. I didn't know it dropped. It honestly just needs a cinderblock or two right there for a step down (My country bell coming out). The owner gave me a new tea though and apologized. Additionally, from the outside it can look kinda rough around the edges but just know good food is inside.“
“Went for lunch. Parking was very difficult due to the city having the street blocked off right in front of the restaurant. I had my elderly/feeble parents and was not able to drop them off at the door so that made it very difficult to get to. As for the restaurant. It has a cool vibe and absolutely delicious food! We will definitely return! I had Monterrey Chicken and it was so tender and tasty. My parents got the chicken salad dandwich and potato soup and said it was great. My husband got a cheeseburger and fries and said it was great as well. Waiting time for food was a bit lengthy but we knew why when we received our food! ????“
“Tricia seemed to be doing the job of 3 people she was doing the best she probably could with the help she has. Mason seemed to be so lost and talking to people that nothing was getting done. Came in around 7pm food was good had to remind the waiter about some food we was waiting on.“
“The food was amazing espically when Robert Pye makes the omletes. The service amazing when the correct people are there. Atmosphere is perfect its never to cold nor to hot, they gotta make sure their cosmores are good.Parking: Lots of space“
“Service was great ....New cook was just that, but given the benefit of doubt I'm sure with practice they'll get the hang of it. Update 8/21/23 went to work at this place bc I had no choice the waitresses work hard and cooks but hey have an 84 fr public health and while mopping I saw roaches on the lobby/dine in area floor that's a fault of management on not keeping things in order. Having owned my own restaurant I know this for facts. My employees can't call pest control and I had to be the person to make them clean and take steps so these things didn't occur. Just like at your own place of residence if you do not keep areas clean you will Have an infestation you can't get rid of unless everyone is involved.“
“Surprisingly really good so it's all about location, location, location. Have an excellent manager and you will have good food and a clean restaurant with happy patrons. Seen it time and again play out both ways. Best compliment I can give is we will be back to this location. Still as hot and fresh and good every visit so far.Vegetarian options: Very good veggies although not a huge selection. The meatless folks should be decently satisfied.Parking: Kinda oddly oriented but decent parking.“
“On the day of the total eclipse, we stopped here in this area (exit 65 Jasper, Alabama) to get a bite to eat during our travels. Was not packed inside and that was great because there was no wait. Seated quickly by the window. Served not too long after. Had fish and chicken and both were delicious. Breaded chicken was moist and soft enough to cut with only a fork. Mac n cheese was warm and tasty. Loved sweet tea with lemon. Located just down the street from the Love's Travel Stop (truck stop/gas station). Hotel and a few other restaurants in the area as well on the same exit. Definitely recommend.“
“Like every other fast food establishment the quality and quantity have really taken a hit. Still one of the better tasting burgers ? but nothing like they used to be. We have quit going to Burger King and McDonald's altogether because of the poor quality. We cross eating places off our list of places to go all the time and that's why we mostly eat at home now. We do the occasional trip to Milo's and Arby's and a couple of other places here in Jasper but that's it, the prices are insane for what you get now and we refuse to do it.Parking: Nice size lot with plenty of parking.“
“Absolutely love this place! Best shakes around. The big dog is the best hotdog around. Be prepared to bring your appetite if you order it. The spicy chicken sandwich is the best Chick sandwich you can get( yes it's better than chic fil a) Most under estimated burger place around.“
