The people are really nice and friendly. The food is amazing.
We were traveling through the area and had been on the road for many hours when we stopped for a quick meal. The lady who was cashier was so kind & we had a great conversation! The food was good & we all loved the fries the most! The tea was also delicious!

Milo's Hamburgers serves burgers that are still among the better-tasting options, although the quality and portion sizes have declined over time. The service can be very good, especially when accommodating late arrivals. The fries and sauce remain highlights, and many customers enjoy their sweet tea. The restaurant has a sizable parking lot with plenty of space for large vehicles, making parking easy. It also offers good wheelchair accessibility, though the lobby could be cleaner. Customers note that the restaurant is generally clean, and the staff are friendly and respectful, often smiling even when faced with disrespectful behavior from some customers. Milo's is known for its chicken tenders and ice, which many appreciate. However, those with food allergies should be cautious, as cross contamination seems likely, especially with egg, dairy, beef, and pork allergens. Despite some decline in quality, many still recommend Milo's for its good food and friendly service. Recent reviews highlight the helpfulness and friendliness of staff members like Nick Roberts and Brett Teeter, who are recognized for their hard work. Some customers have noted that certain staff members, such as a girl with glasses and dark hair, can be rude when taking orders, but overall, the staff's kindness makes the visit enjoyable.
