Not only did I not receive an edible biscuit for my order this morning🙃🫣🤷♀️😭, but when I returned to the counter to have it corrected, it seemed as though the manager was already aware of the issue before I even reopened it to show it to her, and she snickered and immediately said, oh yes maam, I'll have that remade. The first biscuit was cold practicallyfell apart just not even edible nor could i pick it up . Thankfully, she did replace it, but that's not the point that prompted us to share our experience on Facebook: if you visit this establishment, please pay attention to and observe who and how your food is being prepared, because my fiancé witnessed the manager preparing other couples' plates without wearing gloves, while our plate was being prepared by employees wearing gloves. Additionally, she was communicating with her employees to obtain a sign that reads come to Jack's and have one of them stand outside, etc., similar to what advertisers do, which is not an issue. However, discussing plans to stand directly in front of another restaurant beside yours, in front of your customers, is simply not decent behavior.😕 just all around a sad experience and Jacks company is one of our favorite restaurants however it will take a good time for us to return to this location.

We went inside and had a very good double cheese combo while the lady I take care of had the chicken tender plate. Food was very good except for the fries which were a little bland. She said her chicken tenders were as good a Victoria and a lot cheaper. She also really liked the mashpotatoes and the biscuit which tasted hand made and fresh eved in the evening. The staff were amazing and their hot fried apple pies reminded me of the ones Mc Donald's used to made when they were good back in the 70s-80s. Their pricer than Mc Donald's but that's not saying too much in this recovering economy. If I were to give them a 1-10 score it would be a 9.5/10. Their shakes are amazing too!
