They weren't busy and we still had horrible service and the food was cold. My kids food looked like it was cooked 2 days prior. My family won't be back to this Jack's. The lobby was dirty and out of everything.

Ordered a big bacon and got a cheeseburger. Took it back in to tell them, and they slapped another patty and some bacon on it, then handed it back. My husband said his food tasted horrible, and well, I didn't eat mine, so I'm not sure how it would have tasted. It didn't look good.

Have been coming here for breakfast for years and it’s always good, but today, I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit and they put cheese on it. And I was not very fond of the cheese. Now, I understand that what I ordered was not on the menu and what they gave me is on menu but frankly it is unacceptable. I will be coming back. And you be wondering why I would order something like this, and it’s because I like to eat the egg and then put jelly on my sausage biscuit because that’s how I ate it growing up, and it’s nostalgic.
Stopped by this location for dinner after work and have never been so disappointed with a Jack's as I was last night .I ordered two combo meals and a hamburger.The hamburger was never put in the bag .I ordered a 2 PCs chicken dinner and the chicken was either old or fried twice it was dry and hard to chew with an odd taste of old grease .The second combo was the steakhouse sandwich on toast and the employees couldn't even be bothered to toast both pieces of bread just one piece.I could see if they were busy but this wasn't the case just seemed to be some lazy employees.We will not return.

I come here like every two months and each time they get my order wrong! I’m sure they are wonderful employees but to be honest, they could be more careful when taking someone’s order. I asked for no tomatoes three times on my crispy BLT salad; each time I get tomatoes I can’t eat it cause I am allergic! And all my sauces this last time were busted in the bottom of my bag! I know what it’s like to work food service so I don’t like to come back being annoying or rude; I don’t want to get any employees into trouble even if my order can hurt me terribly! Please just talk to your employees about double checking please because you never know who’s allergic to what and if they take said thing off and you put it on anyways the store is responsible in front of a jury. Please make this right! Thank you
