I visited there today and ordered at the drive thru the young lady at the window noticed I was a senior and gave me a discount without my having to ask and the meal was like my childhood great service great food

Told me my food would be ready in 20 minutes.. 20 minutes pass and we ask them where our food is and they said they FORGOT I had ordered. They wouldn't give a refund, they said they would give us a free snack cake… And as a little bonus they stole my card!

DO NOT GO! I will NEVER go back to this location ever! Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 8:10 PM. I get there and I stand there for 35 minutes because they did not have chicken cooked and could care less that I was in the building at all. This is absolutely Unacceptable! The entire team that was there could care less about their jobs or anything going on around them! I was there for 15 minutes unacknowledged! Then to top it off the chicken was mushy, biscuits hard as a rock, Mac and cheese was old and dried out the individual serving of slaw was the only decent thing about this whole meal!

I will never go back to KFC in Jasper Al. We ordered the 8 pieces with sides with 4 breasts and 4 thighs. Got 2of each pieces. I took back and the cashier said I didn't order that. The manager was so rude and said would have to throw away $20 worth of chicken. She could have just put 2 more breast and 2 more thighs in my box and throw away the 2 legs and 2 wings. But I guess she wasn't smart enough to figure that out. She picked out the smallest pieces of chicken she could find to give me. So she just lost a customer. I will never go back to KFC in Jasper Al. I will be going to Lee's chicken from now on.

They were amazing. so soft, tender and great tasting. Mashed potatoes and gravy were good as always. Green beans seemed to be seasoned differently. not bad, just different. Got 8 pieces of chicken. If I had not picked up the chicken myself I would not have believed that was KFC chicken at all. It didn't even smell like KFC chicken. It wasn't bad, just not KFC. I got part crispy and part original. Neither tasted like KFC. The seasoning was way off, not much there at all. Again, not bad just not quite right. I hope this was just a one time thing.

My Mother and my Aunt came inside to eat, so clean, and food was great and the customer service we received from Tina Anthony was a ten, she's very professional and efficient, I normal do not go to KFC so many are so rude, Tina was just as sweet as she could be, and when I'm home visiting I'll remember this and I'll be back to KFC in Jasper
