Drive thru experience. Cordial, kind, fast. Food... Best 8 piece dark I've eaten in 40 years. Crispy skin. Juicy chicken. I'd forgotten how good KFC can be. Edited to add. Went back 7/17/25. Back to subpar chicken. I guess it's hit and miss.

Ok, so the drive-through is sketchy. It's narrow and confined. But getting past that is worth it! This location is exceptional with the food! Chicken was cooked perfectly! Biscuits were cooked perfectly! Fries were perfect! The chicken bite type things in the fan favorite box were not all crispy, but they tasted good! Best KFC I have had in a long time! The sauce variety with their own holders where an awesome touch! Was very handy to eat on the go. Highly recommend the fan favorite box. Easily feed 2 with it for 20 bucks! Worth it!

Went thru drive thru... speaker person couldn't hear me was slightly rude as she sounded muffled when speaking to me and short on answers. Then when I got my food, chicken fingers and fries.... the chicken was so hard I couldn't even bite it. The fries hard and should have been the garbage 2 hours ago with the chicken. Funny too, I heard her say when boxing my food , need more tenders... so I know she knew what my good looked like and by the way was absolutely 💯 not fresh . Threw it away, would not even take home to my dog.
Literally forgot the sauce I paid for with DoorDash and didn’t secure my drink so it was wasted.

KFC was our go to place until recently. The chicken was terrible. The biscuits were hard as a rock. Never going back.
Arrived as soon as they opened and the food wasn't hot or fresh.

I visited there today and ordered at the drive thru the young lady at the window noticed I was a senior and gave me a discount without my having to ask and the meal was like my childhood great service great food

Told me my food would be ready in 20 minutes.. 20 minutes pass and we ask them where our food is and they said they FORGOT I had ordered. They wouldn't give a refund, they said they would give us a free snack cake… And as a little bonus they stole my card!

DO NOT GO! I will NEVER go back to this location ever! Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 8:10 PM. I get there and I stand there for 35 minutes because they did not have chicken cooked and could care less that I was in the building at all. This is absolutely Unacceptable! The entire team that was there could care less about their jobs or anything going on around them! I was there for 15 minutes unacknowledged! Then to top it off the chicken was mushy, biscuits hard as a rock, Mac and cheese was old and dried out the individual serving of slaw was the only decent thing about this whole meal!
