Is that soybean meat. It wasn't what I remember the last time I ate at Krystal. The onion rings were hot and the drink was good but could not eat the sandwiches.

Not going to give super high stars bc it hasn't been here long enough. If you have a truck, go in through the back if your going to pick up drive through. The turn is almost impossible to get to the menu. The lady at the window the other day was slightly rude. The chips are good but the actual crystals always are soggy

The first time we ordered here, they had just opened up. The burgers were soggy and I was not impressed at all but assumed hey they are just opening up, I’ll give it time and try when they have been opened longer to get their things together. We ordered tonight, my husband got home. I ordered the 24 sack of cheese burgers and some extra stuff. You give $65 to a place that can’t even count to 24 is crazy. They didn’t even put them in the box they are supposed to go in, they just threw 20 loose burgers in a bag. Only got 4 of my pick 5 items. I tried. Won’t happen again.

ordered three double mini cheeseburger meals, which came to $16.24 after tax. Even though I ordered water, I was still charged for a drink—not a huge issue, but something customers should be told upfront.

After paying, the employee handed me only two mini cheeseburgers with no drink, no fries, and no receipt, and then told me the food was actually meant for the car in front of me, which had already left. I was charged $3.81 for the two cheeseburgers and then refunded, but only $3.70 was returned to my card.

When I finally received the correct order, the food looked so unappetizing that I couldn’t eat it. I understand mistakes happen, but the overall experience—from the incorrect charges to the mix-up to the poor food quality—was very disappointing. The pictures I took show exactly what I mean.

Had high hopes but after a giving a few chances the experience is getting worse. Yes, the food wasn't the best when it first opened but new employees and equipment means growing pains. One thing that gave me hope was great service and fast service. Now that is gone and the food has not improved. I just sat in the drive thru for 20mins (only two cars), had to repeat my order at the window, was never told my total... Just stuck her hand out for my payment and then was just handed my bag and the window closed. No thank you, come back, nothing. As much as I want to say the worker had a bad attitude, it was probably because the other person 'working' was looking at her phone the whole time. Never bagged any food, looked up, or helped. Just on her phone. The food has not improved enough to overcome poor service. This one failed fast, even for Jasper.

Ordered on door dash. Food was made and here quick, however; it looked as if itd been made around lunch time and it was recieved at midnight. The bread was hard and dripping in grease. Absolutely disgusting.

Me and my wife went through the drive thru and ordered a sack full, four extra pickle, four no onion, and four normal as well as a bacon cheese Krystal plain. We go and check all of the and they are not as we asked and had to turn around and go back. Luckily they made it right but the girl who handed us our food the first time in the red sweatshirt was very rude

This place is Awful. We spent $28.02 on mess that wasn't cooked and others things burned. Both Chicken were frozen, Onion Rings were cold,Half a bun on one burger. My last time Going there. And the girl running the window, she was too busy flirting with coworks.

Avoid the OBVIOUS sandwich shrinkage place - its ABSURD AT BEST. Absolutely pathetic to shrink to 1/2 the size an already small sandwich. And then make it a SOGGY MESS

The bread was super soggy. Obviously basically everyone else has had the same experience here. For $32 my food should be close to perfect especially after waiting in a line that was all the way out to the road. Fries were fresh (could use more salt) and employees were very friendly but what's good service if the food sucks?

I ordered 12 cheese Krystal's to go around 6:30 pm. The food was ready in a timely manner. HOWEVER my food was cold/ room temperature at best!! It definitely didn't taste fresh, and was sloppy made!! Extremely disappointed with our first time here. There were numerous workers sitting around a table near the front entrance ( idk if they were on break or what but they most definitely shouldn't be acting like their home by laying down,etc.). The cashier working the front register was also struggling with taking orders. I don't see this place being successful unless it's ran by better management. I wouldn't recommend eating here.
