There wasn't much meat on the soft tacos at all more lettuce and hardly any cheese. I hate to say this at all cause Taco bell is my favorite place to eat.

Looking at the ratings this is no surprise to me, as the nigh crew was brought up a lot. If I could’ve rated a zero, I would have. I searched how long Taco Bell stays open, and to my surprise, it said 1 a.m. I went to a local Taco Bell just wanting to use the public restroom until I saw three teenagers outside the front door with it propped open, standing in the way with a vape. I walked up because it seemingly looked open, and they told me the lobby was closed. Then I asked if I could just go to the bathroom, and they said no while their friend stared at me. Overall, bad employees completely ruined my short experience.

Figured I would stop by to get some food after work, after working a long shift. I went around the window and asked if they were closed politely and I guess they thought it would be funny to say they are closed.
Heard over the headset them laughing and saying stuff about me so I just moved on passing the window, saw a girl hunkered over laughing as I passed by with a guy laughing as well.
Never knew politeness could be so funny...

The night crew here is probably the worst crew I'vehad the displeasure of interacting with, tonight at about 11pm Dec 23, 2025 I had to argue with an employee about what sauce I wanted for my dippers, they gyped my wife on fries in her steak fries, and the cheesey roll up for my daughter was partly stale, on top of this they constantly forget forks or straws all the time and they forgot my sauce for my dippers that I had to argue with them to get in the first place, and no they weren't busy there were maybe 2 cars in front of us and none behind us. All in all terrible experience, terrible night crew, terrible service.
Cheese sauce appeared to have exploded in the bag. Staff took the time to rewrap all the food in a bag that wasn't soaked in cheese sauce. Grateful for their willingness to do that.

Hard time hearing employee taking orders at drive thru. They must have hard time as well, order was wrong.Guess they don't do change anymore, so they rounded it UP to next dollar amount. Then get home and eat before I shower so it won't be cold. But to late it was all cold anyway.

This place sucks. Every time we have ordered from here since they moved locations I’ve missed items or something has been made wrong/stale or some combination of the two. And if you call to complain they send you to voicemail. 4 pc tenders I didn’t get cost nearly $10 on DoorDash, what’s sad is I got the sauces and not the chicken. Use the Taco Bell by Carl Cannon, this place is trash
