We arrived at Zaxbys apparently when the counter staff was on break. After the drive thru person pointed out the long line for ordering inside, it was about 5 more minutes to take our to go order. After clearing out the line and waiting for our food to come out almost 20 minutes later, we leave with our food.I had the most disappointing salad. It was a bed of wilted lettuce covered up by some fresh lettuce and all the Cobb salad toppings. The soda fountain had light syrup on the diet coke and coke zero.A very disappointing experience. ?

I ordered a Zensation zalad. But this is what I got… someone bought a bag of ready made salad at Walmart. They dumped it on the platter and cut up 1 fried chicken finger and an egg roll…..awful….. then I got my grandbaby a 3 piece snack… the fries were cold and unseasoned and the chicken tenders taste like they had been fried in old oil. Just inedible… $30 down the drain. Thanks a lot.

Third time ever at a Zaxby's and was not disappointed. Enjoyed my Cobb Salad and Cheese Curds while hubby munched down on a Big Zax Snack Meal. Customer service was great and the wait time was minimal. We will return again when traveling that way. Very clean facility. Many blessings to all for the New Year!
It took us the better part of 20 minutes to place our order due to the line inside. The staff was doing their best to take care of the crowd. The young lady at the counter was quite pleasant while taking our order in spite of being in the weeds with so many orders and customers. After waiting 20 more minutes for our order, I asked the same young lady when I should become concerned about my order. She noted it had been picked up, which meant someone "repurposed my meal for personal consumption". It was stolen. I doubt there was another Fred within 5 miles of this store that mistook my order for theirs. They were very apologetic and quickly made our food, and we were on our way. They have great food but this is not the place to stop off for a quick bite.
As a truck driver, I used to love parking at the Loves across the street just to coming here and get a decent meal. Never again will I waste my time. First let me say that Jocelyn needs a raise. She has the best disposition given the circumstances.To the owner of this establishment:WHY ARE SO MANY ITEMS MISSING???HOW ARE YOU A CHICKEN RESTURANT AND YOU DO YOU NOT HAVE ANY CHICKEN WINGS AT 1541 IN THE AFTERNOON, THE MONDAY AFTER THANKSGIVING???Not only do you not have wings, you don’t have CUCUMBERS or EGGS for the salads!!!Finally you don’t have any REGULAR ZAX SAUCE.That’s eliminates almost 70% of my meal options here.DO BETTER!

20 minute wait for food. No drinks available in the soda machine. No sweet tea. Food tasted fine and the dining area seemed clean. We used to stop here on road trips, but I think we’ll go elsewhere in the future.
This location sucks and slow as hell. It's in middle of nowhere but keep driving. Order is wrong and can't find employee to help.Clearly no management here. Employees on phones nonstop.
