Third time ever at a Zaxby's and was not disappointed. Enjoyed my Cobb Salad and Cheese Curds while hubby munched down on a Big Zax Snack Meal. Customer service was great and the wait time was minimal. We will return again when traveling that way. Very clean facility. Many blessings to all for the New Year!
It took us the better part of 20 minutes to place our order due to the line inside. The staff was doing their best to take care of the crowd. The young lady at the counter was quite pleasant while taking our order in spite of being in the weeds with so many orders and customers. After waiting 20 more minutes for our order, I asked the same young lady when I should become concerned about my order. We arrived at Zaxbys apparently when the counter staff was on break. After the drive thru person pointed out the long line for ordering inside, it was about 5 more minutes to take our to go order. After clearing out the line and waiting for our food to come out almost 20 minutes later, we leave with our food.I had the most disappointing salad.
