The fish sandwich is a highlight, known for its size and crispness, similar to Disney's battered fish. Chicken sandwiches are also well-liked, with just the right amount of spice. The menu now includes a double burger with fries and a new mac & cheese with chicken and bacon, which customers find excellent. The staff, including Mr. James, makes visitors feel welcome, and the burgers are large and flavorful, reminiscent of classic Rally burgers. Though slightly pricey, the food quality makes it competitive with other fast-food places, often better than McDonald's. Bathrooms may need some attention, but overall, guests enjoy their visits to Jack's.
