Service is fast, food 90 % of the time is old, and customer service is awful. The employees don't smile, or greet you. They rush you out of the drive-thru so they can make sure their drive thru time is good.
Vegetarian options: They have no meat products, like salads, french fries, parfait's, and muffins
Kid-friendliness: They have an indoor playground. Fun for the kids but the playground is dirty from not being wiped down properly.

Always accurate and helpful. A little stressed possibly from lack of help like most places but doesn't seem to effect service. If you don't utilize the app you are paying way too much. Just fyi
