I have been going to this store for three years. But today when I went in to place my order I was welcomed with a hi and a smile. But I noticed that some of the vegetable bins were empty. I asked why and was told the shift before did prep any and didn't fix the bread to be cooked. This is 3rd time trying this store. We have learned our lesson and will never go back there. Do not accept coupons, had 2 young men working 10/29. The one putting veggies on sandwich made a big mess and could hardly get sandwich closed. Wheat bread was cooked too hard and tore apart as my husband eat his. Gloves never changed, handled pizza box, sacks and rung up order and then came and added veggies on my sandwich. I could continue with complaints but probably will not...read full review

I brought my dad in, who is hard of hearing. He struggles with communication because of this, so he was worried about ordering. The staff was friendly and very helpful and polite. He left very happy and commented about the good attitude everyone there had. I'm sure if he comes alone, they're going to take care of my dad!
