“Nice location in the downtown (court street) Florence area. They make fresh sandwiches on baked-in-store breads. While they advertise "freaky fast" service, the fresh and tasty sandwiches are worth the wait if you appreciate a good sub sandwich! The "free sniffs" make the short wait even better!Parking: Close to the store parking can be difficult as this location is on the main downtown area of Florence. Street Parking is available a block west of the store (pine street), I've even parked my 31 foot RV back there with a short walk back to the sandwiches!“
“I came in on a Sunday around 2 and got the Turkey Bacon Avocado. It was phenomenal. Service was very fast and employees greeted us when we walked in. We also tried the Philly Cheesesteak and it was good as well. Steak wasn’t tough or chewy and had great flavor. First time trying Lenny’s and we will definitely be back!“
“This store is the ONLY subway I will go to. The guys that work here are great at their jobs. Excellent customer service, store is always clean & sandwich toppings are fresh. I had a bad experience at a different subway in a different state and swore I wouldn't go back. This subway was open during the ice and snow in January and we went there, instantly changed my mind to go back here when I want an amazing sub with amazing service to go with. Management would do good to keep these guys around. Thank you!!!“
“Just tried this today through Uber honestly everything was amazing I'd always been skeptical about this place when I had drove by it but honestly worth every penny the food was so good even like packaged sugar cookie was not dry it was really creamy and Rich and honestly the egg salad is the best I've ever had that's some damn good egg salad also the chicken salad is amazing ?“
“Ignore the bad reviews saying there is a 1 hour wait.They go in at noon rush hour, walk past 10 people waiting on a sandwich, oblivious to the line, and complain when they aren't priority.They could've ordered online, but didnt, and chose to wait instead. That's their fault.If you go during lunch-rush-hour, there will be a wait. Order ahread of time.We've always had great food here. No issues. It's one of the better subs in the area.“
“I brought my dad in, who is hard of hearing. He struggles with communication because of this, so he was worried about ordering. The staff was friendly and very helpful and polite. He left very happy and commented about the good attitude everyone there had. I'm sure if he comes alone, they're going to take care of my dad!“
