Fast and delicious
Went in for a medium hero that I called in ahead of time. A perfectly made sub exactly how I ordered it and ready when I got there.
And the issue i had previously is completely resolved thanks to Mitchell. A regular customer at firehouse from now on. Best subs and service in the shoals.

Hearing the manager interact with her crew while training and positively supporting the newer teammates was wonderful. I have been the new hire in foodservice before, and this was the best example of leadership I have encountered. She didn’t just bark orders, she was active on the line and kept things moving very well.

Firehouse Subs Florence Mall offers amazing food and staff, despite a stuffy atmosphere due to broken air conditioning. While delivery lacked tamper-proof sealing, the correct order was delivered. The busy store has sweet and helpful staff, with recommendations like the delicious Jerk Turkey sub. Manager was also nice.
