30 minute wait in drive thru for mobile order then told to pull around to the front and wait some more. Many employees just standing around twiddling thumbs. This is becoming the norm to be made to pull around. Happens more times than not and we don't frequent Chick-fil-a.
Whoever is making sandwiches today at 11:30am is doing a great job! I probably got the best sandwich ever and it was even wrapped so I didn’t have to get my hands dirty when holding it. I got a delux.
No point in ordering ahead. Ordered 30 minutes before breakfast ended, was in the line for 5+ minutes and by the time i could “confirm” through the speaker i was in line, breakfast ended. What’s the point in a mobile order if they don’t take it until you’re there in front of the speaker. 😒
