“Ordered the new Brisket sandwich today and it was phenomenal. Seriously one of the best sandwiches of my life. Did not expect that from an Arby's. We got it via Doordash and the food was mostly right and was really good except for expectable: slightly cold fries, one fry was the wrong kind (crinkle vs curly) etc.But the food itself was so good. I will get that Brisket again for sure!We avoid the Arby's on Flo Blvd because the people there are always kinda jerks to us. Go to the Cox Creek location. They're nicer usually.“

“Dined in with my family the other day and most and everything was delightful.

The service was quick, and there was hardly a wait to get our food. The chicken was juicy, and the fries were well-seasoned. All the food was hot and had obviously been fresh out the fryer!

I really enjoyed the dining experience, from the warm lighting to the wood panelled interior, and more than anything the lack of music. Though there would be a small mess at the booths here and there, it was nothing overwhelming.

Overall, it was impeccable, especially for the price. We spent $37 to feed four people, and we had leftovers. Great food, great place!“

“On September 18 2018 I had some car trouble while in the drive thru and was advised it would be ok to park my vehicle and come back inside to pay. However before I even had the van parked the manager Michael( no sure of last name), brought the food I ordered and told me not to worry about payment. He then help pop the hood and looked to make sure nothing was seriously wrong. After my husband arrived and we switched car I again went inside to pay and was told not worry about it... to me this was customer service above and beyond the norm and I thank your company for hiring him.“
