This was my 1st time at whataburger. So while my husband was in the bathroom I talked to the lady taking orders. She was extremely knowledgeable about there products and friendly. This was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Our family came in tonight to try our florence whataburger...my husband and i had a horribke day and were just not in the best spirits. However we have to eat right. The food was hot and fresh, the staff was very friendly. We had our 2 kids with us and they made a horrible mess. After we left, my husband said while I was in the restroom that the manager , either sharon or shanon, "sorry, he is a man and could not remember her name" had came by to make sure everything was good....read full review
My first time to What-a-burger in Florence and the food and service were great. Burgers and fries were cooked perfectly and the Dr. Pepper shake is delicious. The service was also very good. Jess and crew in the drive through were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back again.
