This is officially my favorite Taco Bell in Florence. The staff (back and front line) seem to care greatly about consistency. The person taking my order is always friendly, makes sure the order is accurate, and allows ample time and opportunities to add or change anything. The person making the food does a phenomenal job. At the one on cloverdale rd. Went to the drive thru. They never sighed or wavered when asked to put some taco meat and cheese only in a side dish. She never asked any questions or didn't say we can't don't thisShe just did it and was polite about doing it. I didn't tell her it was for my little chi.
