“Between the inconsistent food and sitting in the small drive-thru line for 30 minutes this morning I'm just gonna drive to the highway location and save myself time and a headache. Complaint #2 - I get you have to train workers that's everywhere. But when you ignore people at the counter inside till the line backs up to the door that's unacceptable. I ordered a Sausage Biscuit and Grits. It took them well over 5 minutes just to get me my food after I waited the same amount of time just to place my order. The drive through line was faster. Get some workers that actually care about the food and customers cause right now I don't think anyone at the place does.“

“Puru is a rock star. Subway should use this man in their advertisements! He's always polite and has the most amazing smile. His laugh is infectious as he makes the sandwiches to order.The food here is always fresh. Sometimes there is a small wait when the shop is busy but they power thru and keep the line moving.I don't come here often but the times I have, the food has been good and lovely smiles have greeted me when I walked through the door.“

“I don't know who that new black manager is but he means business. I don't normally do McDonald's orders when I door dash but if I do is only when I know he's there. Because he right up there waiting on his door dashers to come in and that lets me know that they should have someone dedicated on the front just for those orders cause alot of times the reason I don't take those orders is because there's not always someone up there in the front and the wait time is crazy. But I like this guy.“

“We eat here 3 to 5 times a week for b/fast. Great place, great people and great food. Kenya is the best at anything she does. The managers are great on the day shift. Would recommend to anyone.“

“I ate at the Muscle Shoals Chick-fil-A on Thursday April 16, 2026. I got the grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato. and the kale salad. The food was VERY GOOD. A large but not too thick piece of grilled chicken. Dark green lettuce leaf- not shredded (hooray!). Tomato---well. it's not your fault. Good bun. I may ask if whole wheat is available next time. Kale salad was a good side. I suggest that more than one dressing be available. Sweet dressing---not for me. service was great. order taker was knowledgeable and efficient and the food was delivered to my table almost as soon as I sat down. I was glad that I got to the restaurant when I did because I was only a few bites into my meaĺ when a bus from Lawson State Community College drove up and about 30-40 hungry athletes came in. They lined up and the line moved. It had been a LONG time since I ate at a Chick-fil-A. I shall return soon. keep up the good work.“

“Great food at reasonable prices! We make special t t ips over to eat at the Florence AL cookout because its always clean and the folks working here are always so pleasant. Today Shawna waited on us and even came out to check on us and make sure everything was yo our order. We also love the atmosphere! Great job Shawna!!“

“Whoever is making sandwiches today at 11:30am is doing a great job! I probably got the best sandwich ever and it was even wrapped so I didn’t have to get my hands dirty when holding it. I got a delux.“
