Between the inconsistent food and sitting in the small drive-thru line for 30 minutes this morning I'm just gonna drive to the highway location and save myself time and a headache.
Complaint #2 - I get you have to train workers that's everywhere. But when you ignore people at the counter inside till the line backs up to the door that's unacceptable. I ordered a Sausage Biscuit and Grits. It took them well over 5 minutes just to get me my food after I waited the same amount...read full review

I understand ppl have all different ideas, additudes (personalities) & tastes , we here at Jack's in Sheffield are really trying our best to accommodate each of you. I've got basically a whole new crew .. So with all the changes going plus training please be a bit more patient with the ppl working.
