Food's okay, but the service doesn't do it much of a service. Hard to enjoy your sandwich when it has to get remade, then comes out cold. Some staff were nice, others were standoffish, and it's been that way every time I've gone. Also, the music is annoyingly loud like half the time I go.Food: 3/5
They stopped selling my beloved Zaxby's club and getting a sandwich that way now costs extra even tho it's all stuff they still have available.Booooo. Bring back the Zaxby's club!Service is ok. Last time I went the cashier was not remotely trained and didn't know anything. I asked for a sandwich and he said "what comes on it?" Zaxby's is always my family's go to restaurant.I love their tongue torch sauce.I'm sad they got rid of the homemade tater chips because they were my favorite!My daughter is obsessed with the seasoning on the fries.They have good salads, too!Kid-friendliness: They do offer a kids menu, but my five year old usually just orders from the regular menu because she wants more than 2 pieces of chicken.
