Wendy's offers great food, like the Baconator fries and Frosty desserts. Customers appreciate the variety of sizes available. The daytime staff is awesome, with fantastic service and top quality food. However, some experiences have been disappointing, with forgotten orders and cold food. The lobby can be terribly dirty. The parking lot can be difficult to navigate, and pulling out is a quest. Some staff offer fake smiles. Despite these issues, the convenience of the location keeps customers coming back.
