I had the pleasure of eating at the establishment of Wendy’s in Florence with my family. A young man by the name of Eli I believe was so personable and helpful and went above and beyond to elevate our experience. God bless that young man.
They charged me for some other burger that I didn't order, I had to request the rest of my food when I realized some was missing. The lady giving food out in the drive thru/taking orders was extremely rude for no reason. Just straight attitude.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free choices

The lady that took my order was very rude. She was raking the girl that handed the order out the window over the coals. The young girl told her she needed another drink because that cup had a hole in the bottom of it, and the older lady said that she should have sent it out the window anyway.
