My daughter and I decided to give chilis another chance after a very long time…. I am glad we did! Elizabeth was our server and she was fantastic! The food was great! I am so happy that we finally had a positive experience because chilis used to be one of my fave places! I tried to call after we left to leave a review with the manager but was placed on hold and then disconnected after being told it was extremely busy and might be awhile. But I WILL NOT hold this against them!...read full review

Miranda is the best waitress ever! She was so sweet and respectful! The food was delicious and highly recommend the bacon burger!

Chili's Grill & Bar has fantastic food and waiters. The staff is hardworking and lovely. However, the lighting can be dim and cold, creating an unwelcome atmosphere. The restaurant serves great meals, including the triple dipper, which comes with salsa, chips, and other dips. The QP burger & fries with a side salad is also a popular choice. Some customers have had issues with undercooked food, such as a large drumstick, but overall the food is good. The servers are very attentive and personable, with some standing out for their excellent service. They are helpful and make sure customers have everything they need, even bringing to-go boxes and drinks for those who need them. The staff is welcoming and accommodating, even for large parties. Overall, Chili's Grill & Bar is a great place to eat, with excellent staff and good food.
