“I just moved to Florence this past December and its near this Popeyes and I pass it going to and from work so here it is march I’ve stopped and ate at this Popeyes about 10 to 15 times now I know of, their food is always incredible! Their chicken is far superior over chili-fil-a which is bland and seasonless, I’ll never understand the hype with chick-fil-a Popeyes actually seasons their chicken, their chicken sandwiches are far better than chick-fil-a and Popeyes have a better variety of food such as red beans and rice, fish and shrimp! Not to mention Popeyes prices for their food are great! Right where they need to be and not way overpriced like chick-Gil-a I’ll always eat at Popeyes they have taken over the game when it comes to chicken good job Popeyes! 👍“

“I ate at the Muscle Shoals Chick-fil-A on Thursday April 16, 2026. I got the grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato. and the kale salad. The food was VERY GOOD. A large but not too thick piece of grilled chicken. Dark green lettuce leaf- not shredded (hooray!). Tomato---well. it's not your fault. Good bun. I may ask if whole wheat is available next time. Kale salad was a good side. I suggest that more than one dressing be available. Sweet dressing---not for me. service was great. order taker was knowledgeable and efficient and the food was delivered to my table almost as soon as I sat down. I was glad that I got to the restaurant when I did because I was only a few bites into my meaĺ when a bus from Lawson State Community College drove up and about 30-40 hungry athletes came in. They lined up and the line moved. It had been a LONG time since I ate at a Chick-fil-A. I shall return soon. keep up the good work.“

“My honest review.. chicken Is AWESOME. Yall need to work on them sides. The mashed potatoes and gravy were served to me super cold and the potatoes hadn't been mixed well enough, kinda gross.. and the Mac needed salt. Other then that the fried chicken was top tier amazingly.“

“Great food (chicken livers dinners)! Great & friendly customer service. Really clean atmosphere! One of the very few places in the Shoals that serves chicken livers . . . freshly cooked. The crew leader (originally from New Zealand) and the chef (cook who is happy to please) were wonderful.
