This is literally the worst subway I have ever been to. I use the subway app A LOT, and have had mostly favorable experiences at other locations. But this one is the WORST by far.
One morning, I ordered a foot-long breakfast flatbread and did not notice when I picked it up that they only gave me a 6 inch. I had paid for the sandwich with my points on the app and it was gonna be very inconvenient to go all the way back there to get them to fix it so I just said, whatever. But as fate would allow it, me and my wife and one of my kids ordered from them for dinner. Again, I had ordered a 12 inch sub but this time I decided to check before I left. Big surprise, they only made me a 6 inch sub. I had to show the girl my receipt to prove that they got it wrong. She played it off like it was because I ordered a number six, and that subway should never have put a number six as an option for a sub because she always makes it as a 6 inch by mistake. I waited patiently as he made me another 6 inch sub, but also during that time notice that they did not give me the cookie that my wife had ordered. When I brought it to her attention, she proceeded to dump out the bag and check very close to make sure there wasn’t one hidden in the bottom if the bag…. like I’m some kind of professional cookie scammer trying to pull one over on them…. Can you understand how ridiculous this is?!?
These experiences were nothing that I was planning to complain about. However, tonight, me and some family members and friends place like an $80 order. We went to pick it up later than we were supposed to, the app has said it was ready for at least five minutes by the time we have got there. Big surprise, they had not even started making it yet. We had to wait there for almost 30 minutes to get our subs.
As much better to drive 10, 15, 30 minutes to a different subway. This one is literally the worst. Avoid it at all costs or you will be posting a similar experience. You have been warned!

food is fine one worker there is rude coughing all over the place and when she found a hair in my bread didn’t ask to change the bread out. moaning and groaning like she didn’t wanna be there, so i guess she can find a new job something needs to be done about that. also the workers name is hailey.

Very rude employees I was standing there trying to decide what I wanted when the cashier's friend shouted for her in the back. So the lady comes in from the back complaining that the costumers don't ring the bell,the girl with rotting teeth was rude. I won't be back..

Today at 130 there was nobody running line.. I waited 10 minutes and left to see the employees outside smoking. I wouldn't say anything but I have to do my job when I'm at work

They are more concerned about fighting and arguing with each other than making what the customer had already ordered. Then when I said you can just keep your sandwich she smarted off. Horrible place.

I absolutely LOVE the breakfast flatbread!It doesn't have the greasy oils and butters that all the other breakfast places have.
Didn't get the two ladies names that was working at this location on good Friday at 12:00 pm they were AWESOME just AWESOME thank you both so much

Terrible service barely put anything on my sandwich threw my receipt on the counter did not bag my order. I will not stop here again

Employees are great but the sandwich was skimpy. As someone who is a former subway employee, this was a disappointment. I will travel the extra 5 miles next time for a disappointing burger next time.
