This review is directed towards the morning crew. I come everyday around 6:45 - 7. I drive from Anniston to Birmingham everyday for work. So this moody stop is a must and super convenient for me. When I go to other Dunkin’s my coffee is inconsistent, resulting in making me not want to go as frequent. Since coming to moody my order is literally as expected everytime without fail and I’m never disappointed. The customer service is amazing. This stop literally makes my day everyday....

I’ve never known a Dunkin to have an empty drive thru and parking lot. I noticed this one was empty but decided to give it a shot anyway. We stopped in on a Monday about 6:30pm.

I was shocked to see how empty the donut case was. One of the young ladies behind the counter said “we’re out of pretty much everything.” I asked why and she said “I guess they didn’t order enough.” I was thinking they make the donuts there… do they not? Either way; the...

The only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star review is because of the two girls working tonight, Claire & Kimberly! They were so sweet in explaining the situation of why they couldn’t fulfill my order and went out of their way to try and show me how to get a refund. They even gave me recommendations on locals places that were still open that I could try to visit in order to try and save the valentines surprise for my kids in the morning.
