The Backyard with Neighbors Brew & Pies and Saw's BBQ Leeds

If I could give no stars, I would. This place used to be so much fun and I had been a patron for about 4 or 5 years!
During these years, I have seen the place roll downhill. Specifically, the atmosphere, however the quality of food definitely suffered. One of the two reasons I still supported it was for Scott (bartender) and the pizza.
The manager ran it in the ground, quit, and came back? This makes zero sense, but the biggest mistake the owner has made is he hired an external applicant as GM. And one of the first things the new “GM” did was fire Scott!!! Why would terminate your only SKILLED bartender? He couldn’t made you loads of money just from his own libations!!!

I suggest you don’t go back in. It feels like it’s been run by a bunch of teenagers that have it out for each other.

Cool little bar/restaurant.

Awesome place to eat.great atmosphere

Ordered Cuban sandwiches and a kid's chicken tenders. Everything came out fresh and delicious. Service was friendly and kids were able to run free after an 8 hour trip in the car. Well worth the stop!

We ate here on 6/20/2026.
As first timers, it was a bit confusing on where to go, where to order, seating yourself, etc.
Instead of employees offering to help navigate, they just stare at you, until you approach them.
They weren't busy at all around 6 p.m., so it wasn't due to being distracted.
I especially don't like being asked for a tip, before eating, specifically at a self serve resturant.
The cashier wasn't overly friendly or helpful.
Our food was out in 10 minutes, leading me to believe that it isn't cooked to order.
The food was bland and lacking flavors.
I had the turnips with pork and my husband had the loaded fries.
I was not impressed, having worked in both bbq and many restaurants before.
The hype most definitely isn't worth the $40+ spent on food and the additional undeserved tip.

Well dang, walked in a 10:48 and woman behind bar saw me but didnt say a word and as I sat down in front of her she disappeared to the back. 10 minutes later another girl comes out to bring food to go? But needs to go get whomever. Dude behind bar sitting the whole time and he stands and walks off not even looking over. What in the actual kinda bs.
My apologizes for coming to to feed the crew and do a hella bunch of drinks to kick off my day.

Ill go down to another place that wont run away from my money.

HUGE mistake to that woman. I was really looking forward to dropping wads. Eating and drinking and yall just dropped the ball big time.

We had a wonderful experience! Leslie was AWESOME! We loved the pizza and mini golf. Highly recommend!

I’ve spent a lot of time looking for a spot that actually has something for everyone, and Neighbors Brews and Pies in Leeds absolutely nailed it. The vibe there is incredible, it feels like you’re hanging out in a massive upgraded backyard, especially at night when the outdoor lighting kicks in. We spent half the night switching between the arcade and the putt-putt course, and it was a blast watching a movie at the drive-in theater.

The food was just as good as the entertainment. They have a huge variety on the menu so nobody in our group felt limited, and the new ice cream bar was the perfect way to finish things off. You can tell the staff actually enjoys being there too; they were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed at the bar and the outdoor tables. It’s also good to know they handle catering and private events because the space is just perfect for a big get-together. If you’re looking for a place to relax and actually have some fun while you eat, this is definitely the spot.

I have been in here a few times and I cannot recommend this place enough. Food was great, every staff member was amazing. I got checked on multiple times to make sure I was good and had everything that I needed. The atmosphere is amazing, friendly, caring. The restaurant was cleaned. Come check them out!!

Just as the name implies, every visit to the Backyard feels like home. From the open fire pizza, the classic Southern BBQ, and the friendly faces that bring it all together this is an excellent environment to spend a quiet summer afternoon. Live music and putt putt add to the family friendly ambiance for such a beautiful community.
