Worst service and subway I have been to. Tara Tera whatever her name is was painfully rude. Stood there for 5 minutes got ignored. Once she finally asked what I wanted I repeated 3 times and still got it wrong. They definitely can't multitask at all. The guy was sweet but took forever to place individual veggies one by one skipped him all together because I didn't have time to do all that. They sure found the time to talk to friends or regulars huddled at the register. They don't know how to work the rewards at all told me to scan the receipt but you don't you can't use the points you already have that way.

Do not go here after 7pm, I've tried twice due to getting out of my kids sports later and both times they screwed me over. The first time they said they were closing early even though the posted closing time is 9pm. The second time they had nothing but cold deli meat and said "we just ran out of" anything I wanted that wasn't cold. Basically they had already started cleaning up to make sure they could leave at 9pm instead of serving the customer until 9pm then cleaning up. On top of having to eat a cold sandwich when I wanted something hot they put the wrong meat on my club sandwich so it didn't even taste good. I feel like I deserve a refund or credit for that.

Just left stood there waiting with my family to get two foot-longs we stood for 6 mins waiting on someone she came in from the back seen us decided not to tell us they was not making sandwiches but they have the open sign on and everything still out and website says there open we go to the store go back figuring hey she will make it no still stares at us lady from store next door comes over tells her she has customers she whispering to her then come out and rudely says we are not making sandwiches

I wanted to share what a great experience we had a subway last night ( 2/14/23 between 5:27 -5:38). The gentleman who served us was amazing, personable, helpful, and down to earth guy. He laughed when joked on my fiancé. The joke was funny and but, in the past not all people who have heard it laughed with us. As for the food, they did not have what I originally wanted as it was the end of a busy week and they ran out. I have worked in this service industry and I understand that this happens. Being in a small town it's hard to gauge when you'll be busy.Mostvpf the time you are on a struct budget as well m.Sometimes especially at the end of the week you run out of your most popular items but that's not through anyone's fault in particular it just happens. Not all people would understand this and they would take it out on the person who serves them. This is not the reason for my review, rather I write this in hopes that people will gain some insight and be a little more understanding should they have the same experience. Regardless, this was not an issue for me I just simply chose another item. It has been years since I have been to a Subway but the food was just as good and fresh as I remember. The service was absolutely superb and this was all Thanks to Garrett or Garrick( I believe his name was.) He is the reason I write this review. I believe when you have a good experience that you should share it with others.I hope that he reads this and it makes his Day. Also, I want Subway and his boss is to know what a class act they have in him. He needs a raise and some praise. Much thanks to you Garrett/Garrick for making our experience so delightful!
