How are you this close to i20 but you run out of breakfast food . Drive through is shit down from time to time . Actually to many things to complain about.

At least once a week, my mom and I go to Burger King to pick up breakfast before going to her office. There are many fast-food restaurants in town in which we can go, but Burger King usually has the shortest line and consistently gets our order correct. A couple of weeks ago, they messed up on our order. They forgot to include my mom’s ham, egg and cheese croissant in the bag. Once we got to my mom’s office and realized it, we called the restaurant to explain what was not included in the bag. They apologized and asked if we could come back to get it. We told them we would be back in about ten minutes. The employee who answered the phone was the most polite and understanding fast-food employee. Usually, when you call a fast-food restaurant, the worker who answers the phone is anything but polite. We thought we would surely get the rude comments when we went back to pick up the rest of our order. Surprisingly, when we got there, not only did they give us the croissant that was missing in our order, but they completely remade the order, including an extra ham, egg, and cheese croissant. This was the best experience we have ever had when getting a fast-food order corrected.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to…out of most sodas. They keep the bathroom locked and then get testy when they have to open the bathroom for you. The manager was the rudest person in service that I have ever encountered. She was yelling, large fry - large fry. Well, my order was two cheeseburgers and two large fries, so I didn’t think she was talking to me with just a large fry. But after no one claimed it I came up and said, I have a large fry but I also have a number 5 with large fries. So they figure that out and hand me a bag with two cheeseburgers and a large fry and I said, I had another large fry. And she then laid into me, did you not hear me asking who had a large fry. I said yes, that’s why I’m here. And then she says again, you just stood there while I was asking who had a large fry multiple times. Since the start she has been in a “mood” and aggressive, I did raise my voice and said, while yes, I had a large fry - that was not all I had, so I didn’t realize you were referring to me. And she cut me off, just go on, go on. The UPS guy had been there through most of it and apologized as we walked out the door…I told him; what do you have to apologize for, you have been nice. The kid that took my order was super nice, and in my opinion, she should be fired and he should be given her job. He would do far more for the company and a much better job than she ever would. She should never be in service.

Me and my team came in after a game, and right when we walked in, the staff had a really bad attitude toward us. When we got our drinks, the cups had dirty handprints on them. We politely asked for new ones, but the worker yelled at us for even asking. Then when we got our food, the burgers weren’t cooked all the way. I’m not usually the type to complain, but this was a really bad experience. Definitely needs improvement.

Food was ok, not great. Minimal staff; and they acted like they were bothered by customers being there. Floors were sticky, and almost no one dining in. Drive thru was also slow while I was there, with most folks having to pull up and wait for their food to be brought out.

Beside the fact that they are very nice. They got the thickest girl in the world working in there. And she had a nice attitude. Nowadays you can't find them both in one person.

I haven’t been to a BK in about 8 months but we stopped here to grab some lunch. What in the world has happened to Burger King? The chicken fries were really skinny and dark. It was like eating burnt crust, hardly any chicken. My son’s chicken nuggets were almost black, and hardly any meat inside. The drinks aren’t accessible to you Annie so I couldn’t choose what to get without asking what they had in the back where I can’t even see for myself. You can’t access the ketchup yourself anymore either, so when I needed ketchup for my family of 4, I got 5 packets. That’s it. I’m really disappointed. I expect this kind of garbage from “competitors”, but never expected it from BK, whom I always preferred. Such low quality fast food for such high prices. I’m embarrassed for them.
