We were driving through AL heading to NC and this place was a gem. The food was amazing, particularly the Mac and cheese and Cajun shrimp. The owner is very kind and hospitable along with the bar tender. Highly recommend patronizing this establishment.
A truly exquisite Lincoln, Alabama dining experience.As someone who has never sipped on a painkiller at The Soggy Dollar, swam with pigs in the Bahamas, or feasted on Creole Bread in St. Lucia, I can confidently say that you can experience the Caribbean without ever leaving the country.Caribe has delicious food, a good atmosphere, and a friendly staff.

Yaaaaay: I'm new in the area and I think I found my new go-to spot for weekends. It's off season now, but I went to their Mardi Gras party; fun, fun, fun! Good drinks, great service, I did not have food but really fell in love with the atmosphere: they have a pool and outdoor stage so I'll be back. The building and docks were very clean, this is a little gem on the River!
