I ask for a cookie tote fresh. They told me okay. I get to the window and was there 45 seconds and they hand me my cookies. Why these folks warmed up the top cookies? So it was not fresh. Cookies were cold. Will not go back!!

I had gotten a 20 piece chicken nugget meal and my son went to bit into one and there was bones in so I tried to call McDonald's here in Lincoln and of course no answer.

The whole order was wrong when we got home. The lady on the head set could not speak clear English. I hope the training improves so the service will.

Was not friendly at all. Both meals I ordered came with drinks, they gave me the meals but when I asked for the cups they said they needed my receipt. Meals came with sauce but I didn't get those as well. I ordered a caramel Sundae and the girl didn't even fill the sundae cup up. Choose a different to eat at if you're traveling through Lincoln, Alabama.
this was my first time and the last one in this place, yesterday afternoon at 3:08 pm. first window cashier is just rude, disrespectful and sarcastic. this is the kind of employee that can close your business!! she just being sure that your first time guest will never comeback. what a shame!!

Went last night for a late dinner worst decision of my life I had a McDouble mcChicken and a shake a few hours later I was throwing up and running to the bathroom. I have not stopped since and my poor wife is in the same boat. I am not sure what they do there but the food was questionable and obviously they are not the most sanitary as I am finding out now. Stay away from this McDonald’s unless you want crappy food that’s way to old and you want food poisoning totally up to you but I will not be back!

Sat in drive through for 20+ mins with employees telling me to hold on as they took 5 orders from the other drive through line from cars that had showed up after 15 mins of waiting. Terrible customer service. Recommend Jacks down the road way better customer service and food.

Ordered a mobile order through the app. Got there and enter the parking spot number. There was like 3 other cars. They couldn’t figure out who was who so they were calling out the names on the order and go to what ever car responded. Got my food and went home. I payed for a large. My fries were literally a half full medium
