They only had the cook and the waitress working with packed tables. I almost left but the waitress was really welcoming and hustling. After my food came out, the cook came by to ask about the temperature. The steak was great. I also noted her talking to other guests about the quality and temp. Not something you see, even if it wasn't a waffle house.
Shoutout to summer. She can run the whole joint with her eyes closed.
