Really disappointed in the overall quality. The Big Jack lacked any flavor and put off an odd smell. Needless to say after a couple of bites I threw it in the trash. The chicken tenders shouldn't even be called tenders when there's more crunchys than chicken meat! They looked like the tip of a chicken wing! They were out of coke so had to settle for Dr Pepper which was either not mixed well or flat. Will not be returning & surely will not be recommending to anyone!

If I could give no stars, I should. Horrible service, they never give a receipt, and almost never get the order right. It's a fight to get them to tell you how much your order is, and if they do the employees are rude about it. Just came through the drive through to order breakfast, was not told how much it was until I was a the window. Get to the window and I'm told it's $18. I ask for a receipt because for a plate and a sandwich that's a lot, to be told that they don't have any receipt paper. I'm then handed one paper bag and told to have a nice day. I had to ask for the rest of my food. While waiting I check the bag, and the food isn't even mine. I've wasted enough money here for subpar food at best. I won't be back.

Stopped here to eat today. They said both breakfast and lunch was being served. However no green beans, no gravy, no potatoes were available. No grits for breakfast, oh and on top of that they have no napkins in the building. So you can't even wipe your mouth or hands while eating. And the employees couldn't care less. Most of them are over behind the drink machine stuffing their mouths with food. This is the most incompetent Jacks I have ever been to. Jacks corporation should be ashamed of itself for allowing this franchise to serve people with their name on the building.

My son use to love the kids meal tenders but now he can't even eat them because they put too much damn pepper in their breading or chicken. Idk but it has a kick to it and I even tried them and it was a little too much for myself. Get someone in there that can cook please instead of these little ones in there
