We stood in line for 30 minutes. One more person in front of us, then we could order.. They came out and said they was not taking anymore orders because the DM said to close the lobby. I looked at the screen, they only had 3 orders up there. Hope Jacks is Happy cause they made a eight year old girl cry. Thanks alot for nothing. Karma always comes back around... It all ended well when she got her fries from Burger Quick !!!
Won’t even pick a phone or when they do they just hang up it’s crazy how a place can just do that and it’s sad yall really need to do better
it seems that every single time I order from this place they ALWAYS mess up the order. it doesn't matter what it is they always find one way or another to fudge it up. unfortunately it's one of only two places to get fast food. corporate needs to do something. between "managers" having attitudes and cursing at customers, rude staff and just over all them not caring about the cleanliness of the dining room and bathrooms and lack of attention to the orders. it's just a crummy place....read full review
