Jack's is a University town restaurant with good service and food. The boneless honey bbq wings are a must-try. Although there might be a bit of a wait, the food is well-prepared. The only downside is the salty french fries - they should use less salt. The chicken, potatoes and gravy, and green beans are enjoyable. However, the cashier seemed distant and barely spoke during the visit. Despite this, the shift lead was helpful and accommodating, especially when it came to a special request for a large cup of hot water. Overall, Jack's offers a mixed experience with tasty food and room for improvement in service.
