I just don’t understand how this location has a 99 health score and can have such hit or miss service and food. When the food and service is good, it’s 100%. Next visit, service is terrible and food is cold and has been cooked for quite some time. So disappointing.
Amanda is absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in fast food. I called up there to let management know that our brisket sandwich was only fixed with three half slices of brisket and she stated we use 3 oz of meat and I said that was not 3 oz. Amanda began to cut me off and say ma’am it’s lunch time okay being your receipt and I’ll replace your food this time….
