Stop saying “welcome to jacks” and nothing else & have an attitude when I ask if you’re ready for me to order. It’s “thanks for choosing jacks May I take your order”, Ima say “thank you” every time and sit at the speaker until the proper greeting is applied. & It’s “yes sir you can go ahead with your order” , not “yeah”.
Maybe it was because I'm hungry, I still ate it but they gave me a biscuit that was hard. The only thing that was really good was the egg & cheese between those 2 hard hockey pucks. I don't recall the person at the window saying anything more than the total when I reached the window. Wasn't welcoming but I'll give them another shot.

I've ordered no. 5 on the menu before at other Jack's and the food was usually cold but at this Jack's I had to say was the best! My food was hot and good because someone paid attention to detail ! My order was right and the service was great !
