Ordered a cheese burger without onions. There were onions and the burger was cool as well as the cheese. This doesn't normally happen but disappointed this visit.
First time at jacks and it was a really pleasant experience! The staff was patient and helpful as I looked through the menu. They were very informative about the different things they offered and just all around solid.

Our Jacks has improved so much!! Love the manager and all the workers. It is clean, food is good and the over all experience is great!!
