Went to Arby's this evening to get food for the family. We walked in and saw no one!! I looked around the counter and there was a lady on the drive through. I said hello, but she never looked up, didn't even acknowledge that she had any customers. She.continued to play on her phone. We stood there for over 5 minutes just waiting yo be acknowledged. We finally left and she didn't even notice. I don't think that we will be going there again.

I just don’t understand how this location has a 99 health score and can have such hit or miss service and food. When the food and service is good, it’s 100%. Next visit, service is terrible and food is cold and has been cooked for quite some time. So disappointing.

First time there and the employee who waited on us was very helpful and friendly.I believe his name on our receipt was Xavien and we were very happy with our food and service was fast and friendly. I was told this Arby's was under new management.We will definitely be regulars.
